This site is designed to be viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6x at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. Using other browsers and resolutions may produce weird results.
To display the cameras’ outputs, the video server must install on your PC a tiny piece of software called an ActiveX control. This installation is done automatically, but you need to allow it by clicking on the information bar at the top of your Explorer window.
If you have trouble installing the ActiveX control, your browser security settings could be to blame. Please find below some advice for MSIE users under Windows XP SP2.
1. In Internet Explorer go to Tools>Internet Options> Security.
2. Select Local intranet> Sites>Advanced and add the camera links:
Do the same at Trusted sites>Sites.
3. OK/Apply and move to the General tab. Delete Cookies/Delete Files/Clear History.
4. Click Apply/OK out; close/restart Internet Explorer; try the camera links again.
Cannot Install ActiveX Control? Try this...
Please Note
Don’t worry if the video from each cam is ‘jerky’. This is normal and not a fault at your end or ours. When faster upstream lines become more affordable the situation will improve.
